Overview:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This was the first project conducted by the Decolonization and Social Privilege Initiative in 2017. It was a ground theory qualitative research project exploring the process from initial awareness of social privilege to the integration of the concept throughout an individual\u2019s identity narrative and relationships. A peer-reviewed manuscript is currently under revision and will be submitted for publication soon. There is also a general overview chapter of social privilege in press.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout this study, we\u2019ve presented multiple times on the importance of social privilege awareness and integration. In addition, Dr. Bergkamp received the 2018 Antioch Distinguished Alumni of the Year Award where his speech focused on social privilege work. <\/p>\n\n\n
