Please make sure you <a href=\"https:\/\/continuinged.antioch.edu\/course\/SE-CE-1019_209921494\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">register<\/a> and make plans to attend this free online event. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We will have some interesting presentations, one of which will be <strong>Neurodiversity and Social Action: Exploring Oppression and Liberation Through The Jungian Cognitive Functions, with Susana Gomez presenting<\/strong><em>. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This presentation explores oppression and its dismantling through the lens of the eight cognitive functions first proposed by Carl Gustav Jung. The presentation draws on situated electroencephalogram (EEG) research regarding these processes, psychoanalytic thought, and scenarios likely familiar to the audience. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants will become equipped to recognize each process as it arises dynamically in themselves and in groups, consider the role that each can play in both oppression and liberation, and deepen their capacity for dialogue and collaboration in service of the latter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button aligncenter has-custom-font-size has-larger-font-size\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-theme-primary-background-color has-background wp-element-button\" href=\"https:\/\/continuinged.antioch.edu\/course\/SE-CE-1019_209921494\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Register Here<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Join us at this online university event!\u00a0Drawing on scholarship and action conducted in the Decoloniality and Social Privilege Awareness Initiative at Antioch University Seattle within the PsyD Program.
